Our account manager is incredibly responsive, and has gone above and beyond to help our staff with any questions or patient concerns. BioReference has provided our practice with an incredible bi-directional interface that has streamlined the lab work process. The phlebotomists are professional and knowledgeable. Patients choose to come to our practice to have their blood drawn for other physicians, due to the skill and ease of the BioReference labs. BioReference is our only lab of choice.
